Fill in the online Return Form and schedule the collection of the package by sending the form to contact@groel.es. Within 48-72 hours the returns team will contact you to arrange the collection. The product must arrive at the warehouse in perfect condition with the same packaging and in the same conditions, within the established return period which is 14 days from receipt of the product.

How and when is the refund of a return?

The refund will always be made with the same payment method with which the purchase was made. The refund will be processed from the moment the return is approved by our returns team and will be effective within 4 to 6 days. This period may vary according to the payment method used or depending on the particular conditions of your bank.
