PAYMENTS AND WEB SECURITYYou can choose several forms of payment: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer (sending proof to contact@groel.es) being validated at the time our department confirms with the entity that it has been received.
The transmission of payment information is carried out using the highest security standard, and is guaranteed. Your credit card details will be completely unreadable to third parties.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONTRACT ESTABLISHED WITH Groël Handle DesignIn accordance with article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, through which the unified text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users ("Consumer Code") is approved, you have the right to terminate the sales contract with Groël Handle Design, S.L. for any reason and without incurring any penalty if you do so within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased at groeldesign.com.
You can exercise your right of return using one of the following methods, in accordance with article 106 of the Consumer Code:
a) Online submission to Groël Handle Design, S.L. of the return form found in the customer service area, with all its complete parts; in this case, Groël Handle Design, S.L. will send you an e-mail confirming that your return request has been received.
b) Send Groël Handle Design, S.L. another statement expressly indicating to contact@groel.es your decision to terminate the sales contract.
In cases a) and b), the statement must be addressed to the Customer Service Department at the registered office of Groël Handle Design, S.L., located at C/ Rio Tuia 26 in Alicante (Spain). In such cases, you will be responsible for proving that you have exercised your right to withdraw from the sales contract correctly and within the specified time limits.
In accordance with art. 108 of the Consumer Code, once you have exercised your right to terminate the sales contract, the products to be returned must be delivered to the carrier within fourteen (14) days from the date you notified Groël Handle Design, S.L. your decision to terminate.
Pursuant to article 103 of the Consumer Code, the right to return is excluded in the event that you have purchased or customized products, or items sealed in their packaging that were opened after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons health or hygiene.
The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 102 of the Consumer CodeThe right to withdraw from the sales contract will be considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:

b. The products have not been used, are not worn or have not been washed and, in any case, meet the requirements detailed in the section below on compliance checks for returned products
c. The products are returned with their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, you must include all its components)
d. The products are delivered to the carrier within fourteen (14) days from the date Groël Handle Design, S.L. your decision to withdraw from the sales contract
The products are not damaged.If the conditions have been met, Groël Handle Design, S.L., in accordance with art. 107 of the Consumer Code, will fully refund the price of the products purchased. The only expenses you will have to pay are those for the return of the products, unless Groël Handle Design, S.L. expressly exempts you from the payment of these expenses at the time of making your purchase, and under the condition that you use private mail and the shipping methods indicated in section 2.
Procedure for returning products to Groël Handle Design, S.L.Groël Handle Design, S.L. recommends that you contact the Customer Service Department via contact@groel.es to provide you with instructions on how to proceed and the carrier's label with the address, you will not have to pay the return costs in advance. Groël Handle Design, S.L. the carrier will pay on his behalf and an amount equal to the expense incurred for shipping and returning the purchased products to your home will be deducted from your refund. Our Customer Service Department will provide you with a tracking number that will give you the possibility to track each package sent at any time using this shipping method, exempting you from any responsibility for loss or damage to the products during transit. If you decide to return products using a mail other than the one provided by our Customer Service Department, you will have to pay the return shipping costs in advance and will be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the products during transit. In this case, you will also be reimbursed an amount equal to the standard shipping cost of the products purchased, although, according to art. 107, section 2 of the Spanish Consumer Code, you will not be reimbursed for any additional costs incurred by choosing another type of shipping and delivery that is different or faster than the standard method.
Controls carried out on returned productsYou will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they are not compatible with the conditions indicated in letters a) and d) of the previous section 1 or of art. 103 or the Consumer Code and you can choose, at your own expense, to have the products returned to you. If you refuse such delivery, Groël Handle Design, S.L. reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for their purchase.
All returned products must be new and unused, in perfect condition, with all protective materials and labels and stickers (if applicable), including all packaging, accessories and documents. Groël Handle Design, S.L. reserves the right not to accept a return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered in any way; alternatively, it may reduce the applicable refund or exchange amount.
For example, Groël Handle Design, S.L. You can apply a reduction in the following cases:
• the products have been used, worn, damaged.
• any packaging that is an integral part of a product (such as hardware and accessories) has not been returned. You will be informed if Groël Handle Design, S.L. proposes the reduction of the reimbursement for any reason. In this case, you may (as an alternative to Groël Handle Design, S.L. offering you a refund reduction) decide to have the products resent at your expense.
In the case of the latter, if you reject this shipment, Groël Handle Design, S.L. reserves the right to retain the products and the amount specified for the refund reduced by a lower value of the products returned.
Groël Handle Design, S.L. does not assume any responsibility for items returned in error or items not related to the return left inside the packaging or in the returned items.
Refund times and proceduresOnce Groël Handle Design, S.L. has received the product and verified that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return and Groël Handle Design, S.L. will proceed to make a full refund of the price or, if the products have decreased in value, you will receive an email informing you of the amount deducted from the return and Groël Handle Design, S.L. will refund the remaining amount of the return. Whatever the payment method used, Groël Handle Design, S.L. will make the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which your decision to exercise your right to return was informed, and once you have verified that the return has been made in accordance with the aforementioned conditions.
The term for the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products depends on the payment method used:
• Purchases made with a credit/debit card: the refund period will depend on the company issuing the card, but it is normally done within two billing cycles. The credit value date will be the same as the original debit date. Therefore, you will not be able to suffer losses due to bank interest.
• Payment by PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The effective reimbursement of the credit card associated with your PayPal account will depend on the company issuing the card
Payment by transfer we will make the refund to the bank account that you have indicated, so that the time necessary to make the refund will depend on the accuracy of the information you have provided us; reimbursement generally takes fourteen (14) days.
Alternatively, in addition to credit/debit card, PayPal or bank account, you can choose to have your returned products refunded as store credit.
5. Items returned for being damaged, defective or incorrect
if you see To return a product due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, you must notify Groël Handle Design, S.L through contact@groel.es within thirty (14) days of receipt using the returns form found on the website; If a product becomes defective after thirty (14) days, please contact Customer Service for more information on returns. You must return the product in the same condition in which you received it. For the return of the products, see section 1 and 2 above.
Groël Handle Design, S.L will examine all products returned as being damaged or defective and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. Subject to the limits established in the Consumer Code, products that you return to us because they are damaged or defective from origin will be refunded in full, including the delivery cost for shipping and the expenses you have incurred to return the item to Groël Handle Design, S.L. You can separately purchase a new product of the same model as the one you have returned, if you wish.
In the event that the returned products do not meet the requirements to be legally qualified as damaged, defective or incorrect, and/or the requirements to claim a refund or exchange thereof, according to the provisions of the Consumer Code, you will be notified that the products cannot be accepted and you can choose if you want them to be resent. If you do not accept the reshipment, Groël Handle Design, S.L reserves the right to retain the products and the purchase price and recover the charges and expenses incurred since their return (including shipping, return costs and depreciation of the product).
Conditions for the change of productsIn certain circumstances, which are detailed below, you will have the right to exchange your product for another one. The changes are subject to the availability of the product in our warehouse. You can request the change with the return form found on the website, which allows the user to change the products purchased through the available options.
The request for a change of the product is subject to the following conditions:the product exchange will only apply to products purchased for which this possibility is expressly specified in the online return form of our website by means of the word "EXCHANGE" available;
• you must request the exchange of one or more products purchased within and no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt of the products, by completing the return form and sending it electronically to Groël Handle Design , S.L within the aforementioned period. The products to be replaced must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt;
• You may only submit a single replacement request for each order purchased;
• the products for which replacement is requested must be returned to Groël Handle Design, S.L in their original packaging, must not have been used, damaged or modified, and must still have their identification label with the disposable seal;
• The products to be exchanged that are part of a single order must be returned to Groël Handle Design, S.L in a single shipment. Groël Handle Design, S.L reserves the right to reject products from the same order that are sent for replacement at different stages.
If all the above conditions are correctly met, once you have completed and sent the returns form with your request for replacement of the goods, Groël Handle Design, S.L will process said request by sending you a confirmation email.
After receiving the products to be exchanged, Groël Handle Design, S.L will inspect the products to verify that all the above requirements have been met, it will verify the real availability of the replacement products in its warehouses to verify that they are available in the finished that you have selected.
If the replacement of the selected products is not available in the warehouse, Groël Handle Design, S.L will not be able to accept your exchange request and will refund the price of the products originally purchased in accordance with consumer protection legislation and according to the procedures specified above.
If the selected products are available in the warehouse, Groël Handle Design, S.L will accept your change request and send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of the replacement products. The shipment will take place within thirty (30) business days from the date from which Groël Handle Design, S.L became aware of the change request. The Shipping costs for replacement products will be paid by Groël Handle Design, S.L.
Consumer CodeThese conditions to exercise the right to terminate the sales contract are part of the General Terms and Conditions of sale and are governed by Spanish law and, in particular, by the Consumer Code.
