Custom-designed pieces and solutions

Groël’s Bespoke service lets us design and manufacture unique pieces and solutions for every project. We create made-to-measure door handles, cabinet pulls, knobs, pull handles and escutcheons, adapting proportions, shapes and finishes to the aesthetic and functional needs of architects, interior designers and design studios.

One design language for the whole space

Beyond the handle, we develop signage, coat hooks, towel rails, toilet roll holders and bathroom accessories so every element shares the same design language. We can start from an existing model from the Groël collections, customise its finish or dimensions, or create an entirely new solution.

Bespoke furniture hardware

We design designer furniture handles, made-to-measure furniture knobs and custom drawer pulls that blend into every project. Our cabinet handles and knobs range from the designer cabinet handle or the cabinet door handle to wardrobe handles, long wardrobe handles and handles for wooden furniture. As furniture handle and kitchen handle manufacturers, we also develop designer kitchen handles, furniture pulls, designer furniture knobs, drawer knobs and the drawer pull that best suits each front, matching the door handles used throughout the space.

Bespoke bathroom accessories

We create bespoke bathroom accessories that keep the same design language throughout the bathroom: toilet roll holders, toilet paper holders, bathroom towel rails, wall-mounted towel rails, towel bars, towel hooks, bathroom wall hooks and shower accessories. They are wall-mounted bathroom accessories made in brass, in the finish each project requires, from the toilet roll holder to every last brass bathroom accessory. We complete the set with bathroom door privacy locks that match the handles.

Bespoke coat hooks

We develop designer coat hooks and bespoke hooks, from scratch or based on the Groël collections: wall coat racks, entryway and hallway coat racks, coat hooks, clothes hooks and wall hooks. Each custom hook is adapted in size and finish to fit the entrance of a home, a hotel room or any space, and to match the rest of the project.

Bespoke signage

We design bespoke signage to identify spaces and routes with a consistent visual language: door numbers, designer door numbers, hotel room numbers, room number plates, door plaques, bathroom signs and brass house numbers. Signage for hotels, homes and contract projects, made with the same materials and finishes as our handles.

Custom adaptations

We adapt Groël pieces and products to the needs of each project: bespoke door handles, custom door handles and handle customisation in shape, size and finish. We work with custom finishes and bespoke brass finishes, such as brass door handles, antique brass, satin brass handles or gold door knobs. We take care of custom manufacturing: made-to-measure brass pieces, custom pieces, special pieces for projects and products in special sizes. If you need pieces adapted to measure, we will study it with you.

Made in Italy with custom finishes

Each piece is prototyped and produced in our factories in Italy, using premium brass and finishes such as PVD (titanium coating), polished brass, chrome, matt black and custom colours. We combine craftsmanship and quality control to ensure durability in residential, hospitality and contract projects.

Our custom finishes include natural brass, patinated brass, blackened brass, polished brass, brushed brass, champagne, gold, bronze, dark bronze, aged bronze, brown, copper, rose gold, chrome, steel, nickel, titanium, graphite, black, matt black, white, anthracite, custom colours and RAL colours.

You tell us the idea, the needs and the context of the space; our team studies the solution and defines the design, materials and finishes; and we manufacture every piece, supporting the project through to its final installation.
