Solange Maison
Kuwait City, Kuwait
Solange Maison is a contemporary Chinese restaurant located in Kuwait City's Salhiya Complex. Created by Nejoud Restaurant Management Company in collaboration with restaurateur Alan Yau, the venue brings together dining, live music and design in a single setting.
Drawing inspiration from early French Art Deco, Hervé Bourgeois has created interiors that reflect the elegance of the period. Archer Humphryes Architects was responsible for the detailed interior architectural design, with the restaurant arranged around a central stage and intimate dining areas. Bespoke tiles and decorative pieces by de Gournay complete the setting.
The project features Groël's Artdéco 550 lever handles in polished brass Powercoat (PVD) (PWLP). Their finish complements the Parisian-inspired interiors and the metallic details found throughout the restaurant.
